Homemade Natural Booty Butter

There are so many body butters on the market for treatment of stretch marks, dryness, dark spots and overall smoothness. Majority of them aren’t cheap, filled with chemicals and sometimes don’t even work! What’s really going to work are sadly, genetics; if you lack in that department AND proper, effective, all natural oils. Oils penetrate the skin better than cremes.

I made an at home body butter consisting of 5 ingredients, all natural oils. Well, my husband discovered this, so props to him. It’s actually a recipe from drake’s…. baby mama.

What you’ll need:
– Shea Butter 3.5 tbsp
– Rosehip oil 2 tsp
– Sascha Inchi Oil 3 tsp
– Wheat Germ Oil 3 tsp
– Almond oil/ Olive oil/ Avocado oil (pick one) 1.5 tsp
*this makes less than 1 cup, but it will last since you need very little amount, add more as you wish*

Steps:
Melt the Shea Butter in a bowl over boiling water.
Mix in all the other oils
Let cool and transfer into a jar or bottle.

The mixture will harden when completely cooled, warm it up between your hands before applying to the stomach, thighs, hips and breasts. Use at least 2 times a day if you are pregnant or apply this just for normal everyday moisturizer. It will help with dryness, texture, wrinkles and sagging.

Why it works:

Rosehip oil– Rich in Vitamin A, known to fight aging and dark spots. Molecules are smaller which penetrate the skin at a deeper level to increase moisture and build collagen.
Sascha Inchi Oil – The seeds of the plant are rich in Omega fatty acids, which help retain elasticity in skin which stops sagging and stretch marks, and enhances moisture retention.
Almond Oil- Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant to help maintain and increase skins collagen. Fatty acids retain your skins moisture, keeping it smooth and radiant.
Wheat Germ Oil – Vitamin E helps to support healthy collagen formation and maintain even skin tone.
Shea Butter – High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins which help tone and soothe the skin.
